Peachie - Tylenol PM is diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and acetaminophen (a pain reliever). Benadryl is an antihistamine often used for allergies that usually causes significant drowsiness. But be careful because in some people it can cause hyperactivity or keep you too drowsey too long. So try some before just in case!!! 25 to 50 mg (1-2 tabs) usually works well to knock me out for 8 hours. (Jul. 28, 2010 at 10:44pm)
